KELLER, TEXAS – Rocky the Big Canyon Balloon spent a fun day with the Mustangs at Hidden Lakes Elementary School in Keller ISD.

Nick had a blast teaching the younger kids about slow changes in nature that cause earth materials to MOVE! BREAK! and DROP! while the older kids mastered the tricky geology vocabulary of erosion, weathering, and deposition.

All of the students K-4  got to enjoy a trip through our fossil tunnel – a peek back in time. The layers of the earth hold secrets about ages of fossils, natural resources like oil deposits, and a fault line that shows where an earthquake happened!

Thanks to the fantastic teachers and a  big thanks to Ms. Quinn and the PTA for organizing the day and helping Nick out! Thanks for having us, Hidden Lakes!
